“Don’t worry if you’re not where you want to be yet. Great things take time.”

I feel privileged to come alongside of women on their pregnancy journey. My goal is to help women be the healthiest they can be for themselves and their family.

My hope is that they experience compassionate care, feel encouraged and realize the importance of mental health and self-care.

My areas of clinical interest include art therapy, coping, CBT/DBT, mindfulness and relaxation skills.

I was born and raised in Modesto. I moved to Fresno to attend college. My husband and I have been married over 15 years. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dogs, reading, crocheting, traveling, yoga, and going for walks.

I have my bachelors degree in social work from Fresno Pacific University, my masters degree, also in Social Work, from CSU Fresno and my license in clinical social work.
