As a lifelong Kaiser member myself, and being a part of the Kaiser Permanente organization since 2008, I believe Kaiser offers the most comprehensive healthcare, and innovative programs such as the Early Start program, treating the whole patient and not just one symptom. We have an opportunity to impact health at the earliest stages of life!
I am particularly interested in substance use disorders and women’s health.
I am a Northern California native, and proud to be from such an amazing state. I enjoy the outdoors, whether it be hanging out at Lake Merritt, going for a hike, gardening, or going for a bike ride with my son. Being in the sun and within nature is my way of maintaining my physical and mental health.
In 2008, I started my career with Kaiser Permanente as a post-doctoral resident in the chemical dependency recovery program.
- Kaiser Permanente Post-doctoral residency at the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program in Oakland
- Pre-doctoral Internship at San Francisco General Hospital Psychosocial Medicine Clinic
- Doctor of Psychology degree from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA
- Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University
