I don’t think there is any more important time in a woman’s life then when she is expecting a child; so being part of the Early Start family has been a joy for me. I see patients for a variety of different reasons always providing nurturing support to encourage the determination I see in mothers who have commenced a path of change.

I joined Early Start in 2006. My role in Women’s Health and professionally is to meet women and families where they are and assist them to meet their desired goals for change by using my skills and abilities as a clinician, advocate, and educator. I have witnessed women embrace positive lifestyle changes inspired by motherhood. I have enjoyed a broad range of clinical experience providing individual, group and family therapy to adolescents and adults of diverse ethnic, cultural and economic backgrounds.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area, I love gardening, practicing yoga, spending time with my family, bird watching, reading, traveling, walking my dog, and road trips.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2006.
