I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of an individual’s journey through pregnancy and postpartum. Pregnancy can be an exciting time; and, it can be a time that brings about difficult emotions, challenges, and transitions. I am here to support individuals and families during this unique time to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
My approach is patient-centered and strengths based. I believe that individuals are experts in their own lives and my role is to provide resources and education and work collaboratively to support an individual’s goals for themselves and their pregnancy.
My areas of clinical interest include: working with survivors of trauma, teens and young adults, perinatal anxiety and depression, pregnancy loss, and dual diagnosis.
I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2007.
I am a California and Bay Area native. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time exploring and recharging in nature, scuba diving, cooking and sharing a meal with loved ones, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my puppy.
