Pregnancy and motherhood can be powerful and transformative periods in a woman’s life. I am honored to be trusted by women to be able to provide support in what can be an emotionally, and physically challenging, and simultaneously beautiful and exciting time. My role is to support women during their pregnancies to have the healthiest pregnancy possible, giving them as mothers, and their children, a healthy start on their journey together.

In our work together, I approach each person with warmth, respect, curiosity, compassion, and a trauma-informed, non-judgmental stance. It is my goal to assist each person to live a life that fits their values. I can offer support via assisting you in improving your coping skills, providing education about prenatal and maternal issues, helping you to access resources, or simply providing a listening ear. I love connecting with and relating to moms and being a part of your support team. Additional clinical interests include forming healthy relationships, codependency, maternal wellbeing, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma, and social justice issues.

I earned a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and my Master’s in Social Work from the Smith College School for Social Work in Massachusetts. I began my career with Kaiser in 2012 while I was earning my MSW and stayed throughout my remaining training. I have continued to work with Kaiser since then, and worked until 2022 in Adult Psychiatry, providing therapy to a very diverse group of people. I have been a LCSW in California since 2016.

When I’m not working, I enjoy baking, DIY projects, gardening, yoga and time with my family.
