My approach integrates non-judgmental and strength-based collaboration, mindfulness and cultural humility. I adore working with women and infants in the Early Start program. I am fascinated by the parent child relationship, which is the map for all our future relationships. It begins with conception and the way that YOU relate to your baby in utero. It’s an honor to support YOU in the healthy development of that pivotal relationship. The capacity and resilience of the human spirit never ceases to amaze me!
Areas of Clinical Interest: Early Childhood Mental Health, women’s issues, trauma, neuro and physiologically informed care, and parenting.
I joined Kaiser in 2024 after 15 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy; as well as advocacy and case management.
