My job as a clinician is to help assist women in what can be the most rewarding yet challenging time of their lives.
I find joy in empowering women to discover their strengths and helping them navigate the bumps that life can bring. I have a strong background in mental health, working with a diverse population of patients in the mental health field for over 20 years. My areas of interest include women’s health, depression, anxiety, grief, and crisis intervention.
I was born and raised in the bay area and have lived in California all my life. My interests include going for fun outdoor adventures with my husband, son and my West Highland Terrier. I’m passionate about health and nutrition and live a sugar free/flour free lifestyle.
I joined Kaiser in January 2012.
