The most important thing she’d learned over the years was that there was no way to be a perfect mother and a million ways to be a good one.”

I enjoy working with pregnant and parenting women.
I grew in the Midwest and am now happy to call California home. I must say I never take for granted the amazing weather! I have also been fortunate to experience first-hand two pregnancies and births with the Kaiser Permanente Women’s Health Department. I spend the majority of my free time with my family, specifically my two daughters and husband.
I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2005.
