“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals.”
—Pema Chodron

It is truly an honor to work with women during this period of change and transformation in their lives. I am here to work in partnership with women, supporting them in having physically and emotionally healthy pregnancies. Each of us are unique individuals, and we will work together to find what works best for you.

My areas of clinical interest include mental health, substance use, harm reduction, mindfulness, building emotional awareness and trauma informed care.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area and while I love to travel, it feels great to call this place home. In my free time I enjoy being in the outdoors, baking treats, yoga, and spending time with my husband and three amazing daughters.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2018.
