I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and an Early Start Specialist. Prior to joining Early Start, I spent about eight years working in Addiction Medicine Recovery Services and Psychiatry. I am passionate about supporting individuals with navigating substance use, mental health concerns, and significant life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.
I am dedicated to supporting my clients and making them feel heard and empowered to make choices that align with their personal values and goals. My work is rooted in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility.
My clinical interests include maternal mental health, substance use, trauma, and mindfulness-based approaches to care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family (including two young boys), exploring the Bay Area, staying active, and practicing creative outlets.
