Areas of Clinical Interest: Perinatal mental health, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Work stress, and Substance use.
I joined Kaiser in September 2019 for my post-doctoral training in Addiction Medicine (AMRS) at the Walnut Creek clinic. I stayed on as licensed staff with AMRS until I joined the Early Start team of Deer Valley in July 2025.Originally from the Sacramento area, I moved to the Bay Area in 2014 for grad school and have called this place home since. In my free time I enjoy going on nature walks, trying new restaurants, watching reality TV, and spending time with my family. (I am also a Swiftie!)
