"The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt by the heart."
—Helen Keller

My heart is dedicated to supporting women and couples achieve a positive pregnancy outcome. Since my first Psychology class in high school, I’ve always dreamed of providing hope and support to others.

My goal is to support women by providing information, education, and unconditional positive regard during the pregnancy journey. I hope to ensure that each woman has the tools to make the best decisions for a healthy pregnancy.

My areas of clinical interest include: Art Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Relaxation Skills, CBT and Coping.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2018.

I was Born and raised in Paso Robles, CA, a small town girl with a big heart. Growing up I spent most weekends on Lake Nacimiento with my family. Today I still enjoy anything on the water. Being outdoors is very refreshing for my soul. I also spend my time with my family. We enjoy travel, movies, dinner, theatre, and staying at home playing board games. Life can be very wonderful.
