I love working with pregnant women, especially first time moms. It is an honor to work with women during one of the most exciting times in their lives as they prepare to welcome a new little one into the world!

My role in the OB/GYN department revolves around working to support women during and after their pregnancy. I provide assessment, referrals, and counseling to women who may need some extra support to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. This may include listening to fears and concerns, answering questions, providing substance abuse counseling or working with a mom who is experiencing Postpartum Depression. My objective is to work with you to achieve your goal of a healthy baby.

I was born and raised in Sonoma County and cannot imagine living anywhere else. When I’m not at work, I love practicing yoga, reading, hiking, and spending time with my family. Both my boys were born at Kaiser Santa Rosa, so I can state without reservation that my patients are in the best hands here in the clinic and in the hospital.

Joined Kaiser Permanente in 2014.
