I am honored to be a part of the Early Start program to be able to offer support during such a special time in women’s lives. I have a particular interest in helping those who may be concerned about their substance use, or who need support in exploring how to best treat and manage the challenges they may be facing with mental health and substance use concerns.
I joined Early Start in 2023, and have been with Kaiser since 2019, when I started working in the Emergency Department doing assessments for people coming in with a mental health crisis, helping to identify the best available course of treatment for them. Prior to that, I worked for many years supporting children and families with involvement in child welfare services.
I have been a Kaiser member for most of my life and am proud to now be a part of the care team. I grew up in the Bay Area and have been in Sacramento for many years. I received my Master’s Degree from California State University in Hayward, and my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Davis.
