My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where women and mothers feel heard, respected and reassured. I recognize that the conversation around pregnancy and parenting can bring uncertainty, and I approach each interaction with sensitivity and encouragement. Above all, I believe that early support can shape lifelong outcomes. By meeting mothers with warmth, respect, and optimism, we help lay a strong foundation for healthy and thriving families.
I work from a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that early experiences shape development. I prioritize emotional safety, trust and collaboration so women feel supported, not judged. I specialize in eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression and OCD.
I was born in Southern California and raised in the Central Valley. I am married with two very busy sons, surrounded by extended family, and friends who are like family. I love to read, exercise is my self-care, and I am an expert in reality TV. I am a life-long learner, and deeply dedicated to making a difference in the mental health space in my community.
